Bibby Maritime secure new charter with Aibel AS in Norway
Bibby Maritime are thrilled to have been awarded a long term contract with Aibel AS which will see Bibby Challenge returning to Norway – specifically Haugesund to support the workforce involved in the Johann Sverdrup project where Aibel will be fabricating topsides for Statoil.
Offering high quality facilities for a range of climates around the world, Bibby Challenge has a mixture of 337 rooms in a single and double format and offers a range of public facilities on four decks.With modern furnishings and entertainment spaces including lounges and games rooms, Bibby Challenge has been deployed on projects of all shapes and sizes and offers a comfortable home from home for workers.

The charter will see Bibby Challenge in Norway from April 2016 until January 2018 with a number of options to extend should Aibel’s requirements grow in scope.
